Our dental laser does not emit any noticeable sound, other than a rush of air from the suction we use to maintain a cool, clean treatment area. - Hard Tissue – These lasers are designed to work on tooth and bone. We use this method of laser therapy in Franklin to remove older fillings or areas of decay from teeth. Even an entire cavity can be removed with no need for local anesthetic.
